Return Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with quality merchandise and amazing customer service. If you're not totally stoked with your purchase, you can exchange unworn/unwashed items for store credit/exchange within 14 days of receiving it.

Must meet the requirements below:
  • ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. If an item is sent back after 14 days of delivery to the customer, it will not be accepted.

  • All tags must be attached. Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.

  • Please email timberboutique@gmail.com before shipping your item(s) back.

  • We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once item(s) is/are received, your exchange/store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges.

  • Timber Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

  • We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us.

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS
